United Charitable warmly welcomes two new members to its Board of Directors. Mr. Julian Martinez, Director of Program Development for SER-Jobs, and Mr. Ryan Ramirez, Director of Business Development for the Collage Group, each will serve 3-year terms on the board.

Julian Martinez serves as Director of Program Development for SER-Jobs for Progress National Inc.  SER is a workforce development organization primarily serving the Latino community’s needs. He is responsible for funding strategies as well as presenting SER to major corporations, foundations, and the federal government. Martinez also served fifteen years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dallas-based DyTech Solutions International, Inc.

Ryan Ramirez has spent his sales, business development, and partnerships career in a number of industries, including digital advertising, eCommerce, global payroll technology, and now serves as the Director of Business Development for the Collage Group in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his B. A in 2.5 years at the University of California, Berkeley in Interdisciplinary Business Studies. He is now also studying to attain his Graduate Degree as a Master of Interdisciplinary Business Studies at The George Washington University School of Business.
