The Robert A. Platt Scholarship General Information

The Mission

The Mission of the Robert A. Platt Scholarship is to recognize a Lawrence High School Senior student interested in pursuing a college program in the sciences. Mr. Platt’s passion for coaching soccer and love of fishing resonated in his dedication to teaching. His diverse skills to lead and support a team to perform to their best abilities or his calm nature that encourage teamwork are all attributes that he used to inspire his students to achieve in the classroom.

Robert had Cardinal Pride for his school community and truly believed that

ALL students had the potential to LEADACHIEVE SUCCEED.

Requirements to Apply:

Applicant must attend a 2-year or 4-year post-secondary education
Applicant must pursue a program in the sciences
